CFC Returns....

CPBL:
Bears 8 - Elephants 3: In CFC's first game back since May 11th, he was 1-2 with a double and 2 RBI's coming off the bench. Bears SP Gary Rath won his 6th game of the season with another dominant performance. Rath, the game MVP, threw 7 shutout innings, allowing only 6 hits to go along with 6 K's and 3 walks. Chia-Chia was 1-5 for the Elephants.

Lions 9 - Whales 6: Toot-Toot won his 7th game of the season, throwing 5 shutout innings. MVP honors went to Kuo-Ching Kao, who was 4-5 with 2 doubles and a RBI.

MLB:
Wang is in line to even out his record at 4-4 on the season. Despite a rocky performance, Wang can thank the Yanks' potent offense for coming to life against Tim Wakefield. Wang pitched 5.2 innings, allowing 3 earned runs on 10 hits - he also had 1 K and 2 walks. The Yanks lead the Red Sox 9-3 heading into the top of the 9th inning. Box

Looks like Kuo will get the call tomorrow versus the Pirates.
