MLB:
HC Kuo continues to pitch well in his long-relief role. The Dodgers beat the Reds 6-1. Kuo threw 2.2 shutout innings of middle relief - he allowed 4 hits and K'd 4 (including Kid Wonder - Jay Bruce once), lowering his ERA to 1.88. Box


NPB:

WC Lin was 0-3 with a BB as the Tigers beat the Eagles 8-1. Box

Got any video of Kuo striking out the Kid Wonder?

Also, You think Hu's dismal batting average lately can be attributed to blurriness in his eye? I remember when he had it a few years back and then it just disappeared. Maybe the doctors can find a permanent cure for it so it doesn't keep popping up like this.

No vid...sounds like the doctor cleared Hu for action....but the problem seems to be a recurring theme for Hu......it's impossible to play at the major league level with only one functional eye.
